Refund Policy
Here at EPAX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your printer and consumables. We stand behind our printers and our customer service. Please read the following carefully before purchasing.
Returns and refunds. If you decide our printer is not for you, contact us within 30 days from the date of purchase. You cover shipping to and from the warehouse. You will receive a full refund if the printer is returned unopened. For opened or used printers there is a 15% restocking fee, and any missing parts or accessories will not be refunded. The 30-day return window is the only path to a refund; after it closes, coverage is handled under our Limited Warranty (repair or replacement of covered parts).
Damages and issues. Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items. Consumable items are not returnable once opened. We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. Contact us with any questions about a specific item.
Exchanges. Please reach out to our team to arrange an exchange.
Refund processing. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method. Note that your bank or card company may take additional time to post the refund.
