We are here for you in the long term. When you are ready for a newer printer, EPAX Dental accepts trade-ins for your old printers.
Our warranty covers all of the electric components such as the mainboards and touchscreen, all of the mechanic components such as the Z-axis motor, and all of the moving parts. The warranty does not cover the LCD screen and film, which are consumable parts.
EPAX Dental is based in the US, and only ships our printers to the USA, Canada, and Mexico. For other countries, please contact us for distributors local to your region.
EPAX Dental can come on-site for initial setup and training. We also offer preventative maintenance service contracts for the DX Auto Pro and meet on-demand repair needs.
